Tina Fey and Jeff Richmond are using the iconic 30 Rock theme song to raise funds for the SAG-AFTRA Foundation through a collaboration with nonprofit art studio Soundwaves Art Foundation.

In a unique fundraising effort, Tina Fey and her husband Jeff Richmond, known for their work on the hit TV show 30 Rock, have teamed up with nonprofit art studio Soundwaves Art Foundation to raise funds for the SAG-AFTRA Foundation. The couple has autographed a limited edition set of canvases created from the actual sound waves of Richmond’s theme song for the show.

The artwork was created by artist Tim Wakefield, founder of Soundwaves Art Foundation, who ran the song through a multimedia art process using layered snippets from the resulting sound wave images. Fey and Richmond then collaborated with Wakefield to add color and distortion to the design, resulting in the final images.

The couple has put their autographs on a limited edition of 100 prints and four one-of-a-kind original artworks, all of which are now available for sale on Soundwaves Art’s website. All profits from the sales will be donated to the SAG-AFTRA Foundation’s Emergency Financial Assistance fund, which helps support members in need during the ongoing strike.

Wakefield expressed his gratitude for working with Fey and Richmond, stating that he was a fan of 30 Rock before moving to the U.S. and that the entire process of creating the artwork was a delight. He also praised the couple for donating their time to help fundraise for the SAG-AFTRA Foundation.

Soundwaves Art Foundation is a 501c3 art studio and philanthropic foundation that creates art pieces from the sound waves of famous songs and moments. They collaborate with the talent behind those moments to autograph each piece, and all profits from the art sales are donated to various charities.
