Revolutionary Stop Start Transport Revolutionizes Worcester Six Business Park

Stop Start Transport’s relocation to Worcester Six Business Park highlights the company’s growth and investment plans, as well as the park’s appeal to businesses in the region.

Stop Start Transport, a company that delivers high-value bathroom products nationwide, is moving its headquarters from Berkeley Business Park to Cabot 38 within Worcester Six Business Park. The new location offers 30% more space and an additional 10% of storage space, providing the company with the room to accommodate its expanding business and meet increasing customer demand.

The decision to relocate was driven by the company’s strong growth over the years. Chris Pullen, the Managing Director of Stop Start, expressed the need for larger premises to support the company’s future expansion plans. Cabot 38’s high specification and close proximity to junction six of the M5 were key factors in the decision to move.

The move to Worcester Six Business Park is a significant investment for Stop Start and aligns with the strategic plans of its parent company, Storskogen Group AB. The company expects to complete the fit-out process and move into the new premises in early November. With the expansion, Stop Start plans to continue hiring more local staff over the next few years.

Giles Thomas, an agent at BNP Paribas Real Estate, facilitated the lease deal with Stop Start and expressed his satisfaction in securing another high-caliber company for Worcester Six Business Park. The park, developed by Stoford, has already attracted several businesses to the region, including Siemens, Kohler Mira, Kimal, IONOS, ZwickRoell, and Alliance Flooring Distribution.

Once fully developed, Worcester Six Business Park will offer 2.1 million sq ft of accommodation. With over 850,000 sq ft already delivered or committed across the scheme, the park has become a success story for the area, attracting companies from various sectors.

The relocation of Stop Start Transport to Worcester Six Business Park showcases the park’s appeal to businesses and its ability to support their growth plans. The move not only provides Stop Start with the necessary space to expand but also positions the company in a prime location near major transportation routes. This development is a positive step for both Stop Start Transport and the local economy, as it will create job opportunities and contribute to the region’s economic growth.
