Over the past six months, 20% of their newly recruited care staff were male, doubling from only 10% in the previous six months.

Under the leadership of Fiona Lauder, the Group Recruitment and Retention Manager, Home Instead Aberdeen established an internal recruitment team. This team rapidly expanded from three to seven members, resulting in a significant improvement in recruitment and retention rates. Applications increased by 62%, while employee turnover reduced by 36%.
